Vipers Sports Club have added in another player to their new 2024/25 season as they continue to strengthen their squad towards the new season.
The Venoms who earlier had signed left-back Derrick Ndahiro and Angolan attacker Pedro Honjo Chimbiambiulo alias Sukuya have now added former Wakiso Giants skipper and youngster Kenneth Kimera.
Kimera signs a two-year contract at St Mary's.
Kimera was one of the finest youngsters in the Uganda Premier League, having netted 10 goals in 27 matches in his first topflight campaign.
Before his stint with the Purple Sharks(Wakiso Giants), he was a student at Kibuli SS where he netted nine goals to finish as the top-scorer in the 2023 UMEA Solidarity games boys football that were held at Kawanda.
Kimera also previously featured in the Buganda Masaza Cup where he played for Gomba in 2023 having joined from Kyadondo.
